　　事实上，俞正声对正泰光伏产业集群早有关注。2009年2月2日，俞正声来到位于上海松江的正泰电气股份有限公司进行考察，对正泰高压输配电的技术研发十分关心，当了解到正泰高压开关已经掌握了两项核心技术，并完全可以自主生产高压开关设备时，俞正声高兴地给予了热情勉励。今年5月11日下午，在对上海市新能源产业发展情况的调研中，俞正声特地到正泰太阳能国产设备基地——位于上海张江的理想能源设备（上海）有限公司进行考察。听了正泰集团股份有限公司董事长南存辉的汇报，知道在未来几年内，正泰要将上海的研发机构发展成为世界一流的研发中心后，俞正声对正泰近些年的快速发展表示了充分的肯定，指出理想能源的定位跨越了新能源产业和高端制造业两大高新领域，意义深远，需要大力发展。在车间，俞正声饶有兴致地观看了公司刚研制成功的等离子体增强化学气相沉积设备（LPCVD），还亲切地与车间一线员工握手交谈，对公司寄予厚望。
