正泰大手笔进行技术改造

　 　近日，乐清市财政局和经济和信息化局联合下发文件，公布了2011年乐清市工业转型升级项目计划（第二批），其中包括正泰集团下属的三大公司投入巨资进行技术改造项目。
据了解，这三个项目分别是，项目总投资4986万元的浙江正泰电器股份公司年新增1000万台新一代智能型低压电缆系列产品技术改造项目，项目建成后， 年新增产值29600万元，出口创汇1000万元；浙江正泰建筑电器有限公司 年新增500万台NEW系列墙壁开关插座、NEA系列排插产品技术改造项目，项目总投资2564.99万元；按正常情况下，科实现年新增销售收入4500 万元，税费707万元；浙江正泰仪器仪表有限责任公司用电信息采集系统技术改造，项目总投资3367.65万元；可实现年产量80万台（套），净收入 20000万元，净税收1200万元，项目产业化后，新增就业岗位600多个。
据悉，从2010年起，乐清市将整合现有工业、科技类财政专项 资金，建立统一的工业转型升级专项资金，重点用于支持企业技术改造、同时对企业技术创新、新产品创新、管理创新、高新技术产业化、企业信息化等方面给予支 持。对工业企业符合申报条件，固定资产投入在一定额度以上的技术改造项目，按照金融机构提供的中长期贷款总额的3.5%给予贴息，贴息期为1年。对于部分 在行业发展中起重要作用且关联度大的企业自筹资金的各级重点技术改造项目，给予支持，具体按实际设备、技术投入数的3.5%给予补助。
